International Attendees: Letter of invitation
If you do not live in Canada and wish to attend one of our conferences, you may need to secure a visitor visa. Advance travel planning and early visa application are important since applications are subject to a greater degree of scrutiny than in the past. If you need a letter of invitation, you can download it here G2024_Letter_of_Invitation_General. As registration is now closed, the letter is no longer available.

Refund policy for Eventbrite tickets
- Early bird tickets are on sale until February 15, 2024.
- Regular tickets are on sale until May 1, 2024.
- Workshops are face-to-face events only. They are not offered in the “online” modality.
- The Conference is planned to be in hybrid mode (both in person and broadcast online) with a different fee structure for each modality. See table above.
- In-person registration fees cannot be transferred to registration fees for online events, and the difference in price is non-refundable.
- In the event of a refund, it will be made by individual request through the Eventbrite platform.
- Eventbrite fees are non-refundable.
- No refunds will be made after March 31, 2024: we must finalize reservations with the catering service before the event.
